Trial Period

We reviewed your account and found that you had utilized the Trial in March when you initially activated the 3-day Free Trial on March 28, 2025 and you cancelled the subscription during the trial period i.e. March 31, 2025. 

Please note that during the subscription process, Apple displays clear prompts informing users whether they are eligible for a free trial or not. For users who have already redeemed their free trial, the purchase confirmation screen does not display trial details. Additionally, our app provides the subscription terms and policies before any purchase is finalized, ensuring transparency for all users.

Since you're an iOS subscriber, you can cancel the subscription through your device's account settings. However, you'll still have access to all subscription benefits until the current billing period ends.

To cancel the subscription from your iPad or iPhone, go to Settings on your device. Follow the steps below to view, change or cancel your subscription from your Apple device:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. (You might need to sign in to your Apple ID)
  3. Find and tap on the 'Subscriptions' option.
  4. Under Subscriptions, find your SKIDOS subscription and tap on it. (If you don’t see your subscription there and are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID)
  5. Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Please note that uninstalling the app will not end your subscription.
