Hi {User Name},
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the issue you're facing with our application.
We have checked the subscription status against your email id {User email} and found that you have an active monthly subscription which was purchased via app and it will expire on 30-12-2022.
It would be very helpful for us to know your reason for the cancellation. It will help us to improve our product and provide you with the best possible service.
Since you're an iOS subscriber, please note that Apple does not grant us the ability to cancel or refund subscriptions directly. To request a refund, you'll need to contact Apple Support
However, if you still wish to cancel your subscription, you can do it using your Apple device.
To cancel the subscription from your iPad or iPhone, go to the Settings on your device. Follow the steps below to view, change or cancel your subscription from your Apple device:
Go to Settings.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. (You might need to sign in to your Apple ID)
Find and tap on the 'Subscriptions' option.
Under Subscriptions, find your SKIDOS subscription and tap on it. (If you don’t see your subscription there and are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID)
Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
For more information please visit: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202036.
Please note that uninstalling the app will not end your subscription. Your subscription is billed through your Apple account and will not be canceled unless you stop the subscription as explained above.
The steps mentioned above will be helpful in solving your issue.
Let us know if you still face the issue after following the above steps, we will rectify it and fix it as soon as possible.
Thanks,
SKIDOS Support
